It is a self-contained apartment comprising Entrance hall, large Kitchen/Diner, Sitting Room, Double Bedroom and second Bedroom with two single beds.  The two bedrooms share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom.  There is also a further shower and WC off the Hall.   The apartment has central heating and a wood burner. Totalling c. 46 sq. m. (c 500 sq. ft.), the apartment accommodates four people and is available to rent as a holiday let on a self-catering basis for periods of not less than a week.

Weekly charge: 950 euros (inclusive of gas, electricity, towels and bed linen, between May and September; by agreement at other times of the year.
